What is the minimum order for rattan totes?
50 units per SKU. Discounts start at 100 units (10%), rise to 20% at 200–499 units and reach up to 40% at 500+.
Can totes be customised for my brand?
Yes, from 50 units: colours, sizes, custom handles or leather accents, interior labels and private branding. Allow 15–20 days for custom production.
How long is delivery?
Production takes 10–15 days. Shipping is 20–30 days by sea, 10–14 days by air or 5–7 days express.
Do you handle export paperwork?
Yes. All shipments include international customs documentation, export compliance and real-time tracking, with door-to-door delivery available.
What if an item is not up to standard?
Every tote passes three inspections. If any item fails the agreed specification, we replace it immediately at no charge.
