What’s the minimum order for custom rattan products?
Typically 50–100 units depending on design complexity and customisation level. Simple customisations such as private labelling may have lower minimums.
How long does custom manufacturing take?
Standard custom orders take 15–20 days after sample approval; simple customisations 10–15 days. The design phase usually takes 3–5 days. Rush options cost extra.
Can you help if we don’t have sketches?
Yes. Our design team works from your vision, mood boards or descriptions, creating concepts and iterating until the design is right.
What if we’re not satisfied with the sample?
We adjust it until you are happy — there is no limit to refinements during approval. Production begins once you approve.
Do you handle packaging for private label orders?
Yes. We manage custom packaging, tags, tissue and branding. Send your design files or work with our team to create them.
Can we reorder designs without setup fees?
Yes. Reorders of approved designs carry no setup fees and receive wholesale pricing based on order volume.
