Rattan needs care in transit. We manage ventilation and humidity to prevent warping, pad fragile items and pack for safe, efficient stacking.

Large furniture ships in custom wooden crates, with special handling for extreme-weather destinations. If damage does occur, we file the insurance claim and send a replacement at no cost.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

By order weight, dimensions, destination and shipping method. Exact quotes follow order confirmation and include freight, insurance, documentation and handling.

Who handles customs clearance?

We clear customs on the Bali/Indonesia side. At your destination, your customs broker or our team can coordinate clearance, with all documents prepared.

Is shipping insurance included?

Yes. International insurance is included in all shipping quotes, covering loss or damage in transit at full replacement value.

What if my shipment is damaged?

All shipments are insured. We file the insurance claim and arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.

Can we collect from a port instead?

Yes. Port pickup is available for some destinations at reduced cost, on FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) terms.

Do you ship small sample orders?

Yes. Samples of 1–5 pieces go by courier — higher per-unit cost, but ideal for approvals before a bulk order.
